My layout is no-frills I know. I don't account this to my lack of designing skills, but rather to my simplistic approach. I am not a gold-member, so linking in lots of pics isn't very appealing. I favor the simple non-eye strain of the layout and the basic variety of links. I have put many hours into learning-on-the-fly html and css crap to only achieve this meager work. I don't mind if anyone copies my design, just let me know and maybe give a modicum of credit--I'm not asking for a link or anything.
